| 摘 要： | 为了使人们直观地认识和了解森林所具有的全部价值,使我国的GDP尽快进入绿色GDN核算中,有必要对森林生态效益进行货币化计量.通过对森林多种生态效益的分析,确定了计量森林生态效益的因变量集和自变量集.自变量集又分为区域自变量和林分自变量.按照这样的计量体系,建立了森林生态效益计量的多元线性模型.通过该多元线性模型对我国森林的生态效益进行计量,得到我国森林每年产生的生态效益为7 238.16亿元,为森林生态效益补偿量的合理确定提供了参考数据.

| Abstract: | In order to directly know and understand the all values of forests and to calculate GDP in green GDP manner,it is necessary to measure the forest ecological benefits in terms of money.Through the analyzing of several forest ecological benefits,the dependent variable set and the independent variable set were found.The independent variables were divided into regional independent variables and stand independent variables.By this measuring system,the multi-variable linear model to measure forest ecological benefits was established.By calculation using this model,the value of forest ecological benefits in China per year is RMB 723.816 billion.This will provide the reference data for reasonable compensation of forest ecological benefits. |
