耐热番茄Hsf24基因克隆与分析

摘    要:通过染色体步移技术克隆耐热番茄Hsf24基因,并对该基因及编码蛋白质进行同源性分析。通过Blast分析结果表明,确定该基因具有Hsf基因家族特性,并预测其编码蛋白三级结构。该基因的克隆与分析为番茄耐热性改造提供了丰富的基因材料,对深入研究番茄耐热分子生物学机制具有重要意义。

Abstract:Genome Walking was used in this research to clone the Hsf24 gene of heat tolerance tomato and the Blastn analysis was carried on Hsf24 gene and the coded protein.Through the analysis of Blast,this gene possessed the characters of Hsf gene family and the tertiary structure of its protein was predicted.The cloning and analysis of this gene could provide valuable gene material for the tomato breeding and have great significance on the molecular biological mechanism of heat tolerance of tomato.
