粉煤灰刨花板微观作用(机理)的探讨

摘    要:采用热电偶、X-衍射仪、扫描电镜等手段,观察分析了粉煤灰刨花板的微观构造,微观作用过程,结果表明,粉煤灰刨花板强度产生、发展的微观作用过程是包含水化作用、吸附作用、胶钉作用等多种作用的复杂物理化学过程.

Abstract:Making the fly ash particleboard through hot pressing method had many advantages such as short production cycle, high productivity, etc. This kind of board conformed to the trend of the development of new wall material in the world. The microstructure was observed with SEM and XRD, and the microreactive process was analyzed. The main conclusion was drawn as follows. The micro active process of strength arising and developing was a complex physico chemical one, including hydration, adsorption and nail adhesive agglutination.
