| 摘 要： | 为了进一步探索甘薯贮藏保鲜的有效方法,经多年研究与实践,设计建造了甘薯自动控温控湿规模贮藏节能保鲜库,与目前普遍使用的半地下发券屋窖和地下贮藏库进行保鲜效果比较,结果表明,新型贮藏库具有自动控温、控湿、防水滴、贮存容量大、节能、保鲜效果好等优点,贮存保鲜期长达180d左右,薯块保鲜完好率达95%以上。 |

| Abstract: | To further explore the effective methods for the preservation of sweet potato, the scale energy-saving fresh keeping under automatic temperature and humidity control was designed and set up based on the experiences and practices.
