| 摘 要： | 传染性法氏囊病（IBD）仍然是世界养禽业影响最大的传染病之一。疫苗接种是目前控制IBD最有效的措施。本文主要从病原特征，目前流行病学的新特点，传统疫苗、新型疫苗的种类、特点，影响疫苗免疫效果的主要因素，目前应用中存在的问题及其未来解决的思路等进行了阐述。认为传统疫苗在世界许多国家IBD的防控中发挥了重要作用，发展新型疫苗的研究也已经兴起，但是新型疫苗在相当长的一段时间内还是无法取代传统疫苗。提出安全和有效防控是IBD疫苗研制与应用的根本出发点。 |
