| 摘 要： | 本文利用随机扩增多态ＤＮＡ技术研究了云南４个马品种４８个个体的遗传变异和系统发育关系。在所使用的２５个引种中，有２２个引物扩增出多态谱带。

| Abstract: | In this study,random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) analysis was used to estimate genetic diversity and relationship in 48 indivuduls which belong to four Yunnan horse breeds:Wenshan,Tengchong,Xin lijiang and Wumeng.25 primers were used,among which 22 generated polymorphic loci.A total of 216 bands were scored,of which 74(34.3%)were polymorphic.Shannon index was used to estimate the genetic diversity and the proportion of genetic variation within and between population.The genetic distance matrix was obtained by proportion of shared fragments.Dendrogram was generated by UPGMA.The results indicated that the genetic diversity of Tengchong and Xin lijiang was significantly higher than that of Wenshan and Wumeng.About sixty nine percert variation was detected within population.Most indivuduls in the same breeds were clustered together.Tengchong breed is closely related to Xin lijiang breed,and Wenshan breed is closely related to Wumeng breed. |
