| 摘 要： | 大型自卸车在正常情况下举升车厢时,油液经举升控制阀后供给举升缸,实现车厢的举升,最后油液经回油细滤器回到油箱。由于在使用中由于环境恶劣、车辆超载等情况,会引发自卸车的很多故障。这些故障直接影响了车辆的运输功能、自卸功能乃至行车安全。所以,故障出现时必须及时诊断和排除。文章以大型自卸车为例介绍液压系统常见故障产生的原因及处理办法及自卸车日常使用中更要注重对举升系统的正确操纵、养护和修理。

| Abstract: | The large dump truck lifting carriage under normal circumstances,the oil by lifting the control valve supply of lifting cylinder to achieve the lifting of the carriage,the last oil fine filter through the oil return to tank.In use due to poor environment,overloaded vehicles,etc.,will lead to many failures of the dump truck.These failures directly affect the transport function of the vehicle,dump functions,and even the traffic safety.So,the fault appears to be timely diagnosis and exclusion.The article introduces a large dump truck as an example to pay greater attention to the correct operation of the lift system in the hydraulic system failure causes and approach and dump truck for everyday use,conservation and repair. |
