| 摘 要： | 为筛选出适宜扬州地区夏季种植的不结球白菜品种,本研究对12种小棵菜开展品种比较试验,对其主要植物学性状、产量、感官品质及耐热性进行调查分析。结果显示,不同品种小棵菜的观测性状差异较大,其中B03在产量、食用品质、耐热性等方面表现优异,综合性状较好,适宜扬州地区夏季种植。

Comparative Experiment of Heat-resistant Non-heading Chinese Cabbage Varieties in Yangzhou |

| Abstract: | In order to select non-heading Chinese cabbage cultivars suitable for summer planting in Yangzhou, the main botanical characters, yield, sensory quality and heat resistance of 12 non-heading Chinese cabbage cultivars were investigated and analyzed. The results showed that there were significant differences in various traits among different non-heading Chinses cabbage varieties, among which B03 has excellent performance in yield, edible quality, heat resistance and other aspects, and has good comprehensive characteristics, which is suitable for summer planting in Yangzhou region. |
