| 摘 要： | 通过中国和东盟相关国家的大蒜产品标准中质量指标、污染物限量和农药最大残留限量的差异来对比中国与东盟相关国家大蒜产品标准的差异。结果表明： 我国和东盟在大蒜产品标准中质量要求、污染物限量和农药最大残留限量方面有差异。(1)质量要求方面,中国和东盟等级具体要求和等级不合格容许度不同；尺寸规格上,中国分为四个等级,东盟分为五个；(2)污染物限量方面,东盟只要求铅和镉的最大限量,分别为0.1mg/kg和0.05mg/kg,中国还有汞、砷和铬的限量要求；(3)农药最大残留限量方面,中国对大蒜规定的农药最大残留限量有135种,东盟有24种,共同有规定的17种,仅东盟有规定的有7种。

| Abstract: | ABSTRACT Comparison of the differences in garlic product standards between China and ASEAN countries through the differences in quality indicators, pollutant limits and maximum residue limits of pesticides in the garlic product standards of China and ASEAN countries. The results show that there are differences between China and ASEAN in terms of quality requirements, pollutant limits and maximum residue limits of pesticides in garlic product standards. (1) In terms of quality requirements, China and ASEAN have different grade specific requirements and grade failure tolerances; in terms of size specifications, China is divided into four grades and ASEAN into five;(2) In terms of pollutant limits, ASEAN only requires maximum limits for lead and cadmium, which are 0.1mg/kg and 0.05mg/kg, respectively, and China also has limits for mercury, arsenic and chromium; (3) Regarding the maximum residue limits of pesticides, there are 135 pesticide maximum residue limits for garlic in China, 24 in ASEAN, 17 in common, and 7 in ASEAN alone. |
