| 摘 要： | 本文提出利用自交作物单染色体纯合重组系检测数量性状基因座位（QTL）与遗传标记连锁关系的方差分析模型。增加重复可有效地减少样本容量、降底试验误差和提高检测QTL的灵敏度。应用方差分析将控制小麦每穗小穗数的两个QTL-Sn I和Sn II定位在7D染色体的着丝粒区域和长臂上。
