| 摘 要： | 转基因食品与普通食品的主要差异在于前者含有采用DNA重组技术导入的外源基因.由于近年来随着转基因作物商业化进程的加快,转基因食品的安全性引起了人们越来越多的关注.在综述了转基因食品的安全性问题以及引起争论的基础上,讨论了转基因食品的发展前景.
