摘    要:针对国外进口产品价格较高,国内有些产品存在着功能不完善、缺乏核心部件(指水涡轮)技术优势等问题,在研学国外新技术的基础上,通过对卷管式绞盘喷灌机上的核心部件-水涡轮进行流体力学方面的理论分析,确定了低能耗、高效率水涡轮的结构参数,并找出了射流喷射角与水涡轮转速之间的变化规律,从而解决了由PE管缠绕层变化而引起的回收速度波动问题.

Abstract:At present, the price of the imported products from abroad is more expensive., But the function of many products made in China is faultiness, and these products are lack of kernel technology, Hence; on the basis of introducing the foreign technology, by analyzing the kernel component of the coiling-tubular, type winch watenng machine on the hydrociynamics theory, the constructed parameters Of the water tarbine .with .low-energy consumption and high efficiency are design, and the relation between the jetting injection angles with the rotating speed of water turbine is found ,Then the undulation problem of callback rate cauged by the intertwining change of PE pipe is resoled.
