| 摘 要： | 为了取得比较理想的禽用微生态制剂菌种,用BL和乳酸杆菌选择性培养基从SPF鸡嗉囊和盲肠中分离乳酸菌,通过生化试验、乳酸纸层析等方法进行鉴定。结果,从SPF鸡嗉囊和盲肠中分离到产酸能力较强的细菌3株,经鉴定为2株乳酸杆菌(LactobaccillusPlanterum)、1株粪链球菌(Enterococcusfaecium)。

| Abstract: | For culture the better microbial strain for the fowl.Use the BL media and lactobacillus-selected media to isolate the lactobacillus from the crop and the caecum of the SPF chicken.By the methods of biochemical test and paper chromatography to identify them.Result:There are 3 stains of bacteria which produce lacid efficiently were isolated from the crop and caecum of the SPF chicken.Two stains are Lactobacillus Planterum,the other is Enterococcus faecium. |
