| 摘 要： | 目的]为忍冬科药用植物资源合理开发和综合利用提供依据。方法]采用紫外分光光度计法,比较不同品种金银花不同花期的绿原酸含量。结果]贵州蕊帽忍冬和河南小花银花花中绿原酸含量随发育阶段提高而降低,贵州蕊帽忍冬绿原酸含量在各发育阶段均比引种的河南封丘小花银花高。结论]从贵州金银花药材资源开发利用角度而言,贵州花溪蕊帽忍冬作为乡土种比河南金银花更适合。

| Abstract: | Objective]The aim of the study was to provide basis for rational exploitation and comprehensive utilization of caprifoliaceace medicinal plant resource. Method]The chlorogenic acid content of different varieties of Lonicera japonica was compared using UV spectrophotometer in different florescense.
