铅胁迫对蚕豆根尖有丝分裂染色体畸变的研究

摘    要:利用蚕豆根尖微核技术,研究蚕豆在铅胁迫下的微核变化、染色体畸变类型.结果显示,在铅胁迫下,细胞中微核率与浓度呈正比,且随着浓度的增加,多核出现的比例和不同分裂期细胞的微核也随即增加;细胞分裂指数与浓度呈反比,染色体畸变类型随浓度的升高也较丰富,染色体断片、落后染色体、染色体桥、染色体多极分布、染色体黏连、染色体解旋不正常和染色体加倍等类型在铅胁迫下均清楚观察到,此结果进一步证实了铅对植物细胞的毒害效应.

Study of Lead Stress on Mitotic Chromosome Aberration of Broad Bean Root Tip

Abstract:Using broad bean root tip micro nuclear technology, micronucleus changes, chromosome aberration types of broad bean under the stress of lead were studied. Results showed that under the stress of heavy metal, cell micronucleus rate and concentration had proportion, and with the increase of concentration, the proportion of multi-core and cell micronucleus at different split phase immediately also increased. Cell division index and the concentration had inverse proportion, and types of chromosome aberration was also relatively rich with increase of the concentration. Chromosome fragment, lagging chromosomes, chromosome bridge, multipolar distribution of chromosome conglutination, the types of abnormal chromosome unwinding and chromosome ~doubling under the stress of lead was clearly observed. The result further confirmed that the lead had poisoning effect on plant cells.
