摘    要:本试验选取青龙县7个较优良的安梨株系果实,自然冷室条件下贮藏。测试了贮藏期果实中有机酸、可溶性固形物及维生素C等营养成分的变化,分析了不同株系间的差异。并对果实贮藏期间的硬度变化、水分散失及果实呼吸强度的变化等贮藏指标进行了分析比较。初步得出结论,以四安5号果实为最好,几种营养成分含量高、贮藏期间损失少、耐藏指标明显优于其它株系。

Abstract:Mature fruits of seven better lines of Anli .pears grown in Qinglong county were stored in common strage room at nature. The nutrients such as organic acid, soluble solid,vitamin C and so on were analyzed, and changes of storage index such as firmness, water lose and respiration and so on were compared. The result showed that Sian 5 was best according to its nutrients, storage loss and storage indexs.
