| Abstract: | Based on the theory and practice teaching of "Food Analysis", the authors carried out a series of teaching exploration, such as situational teaching, bilingual teaching and professional resource-aided teaching, comprehensive and design experiments and strengthening of external training, and reform of assessment mode etc.Relevant teaching reforms provide a new reference for the teaching mode of food analysis course in the local colleges and universities under the new food safety situation. |
