胶东地区金银花品种间遗传关系的RAPD分析

摘    要:目的]探讨不同金银花(Lonicera japonica)品种间的遗传关系。方法]利用RAPD分子标记技术对胶东地区31个金银花品种的遗传多样性及遗传关系进行研究。结果]5个引物共扩增出650条带,每个引物可扩增出0~9个条带。聚类分析结果表明,31个金银花品种可以分为两大类,采自昆嵛山太白顶的金银花品种为一类,其余30个金银花品种为一类。从遗传距离来看,采自昆嵛山太白顶的品种与中医世家引进金银花品种大毛花遗传距离最远,为2.507;采自龙口兰高镇马蔺塂(Ⅱ)与中医世家引进金银花品种四季丰遗传距离最近,为0.020。结论]不同金银花种源间具有较高的遗传多样性,不同金银花种源间的遗传关系与地理分布有一定的相关性。

RADP Analysis of Genetic Relationships Among Cultivars of Lonicera japonica in Jiaodong Region
Abstract:Objective] Genetic relationships among cultivars of Lonicera japonica were studied.Method] Genetic diversity and genetic relationship of 31 varieties of L.japonica in Jiaodong Region were studied by using Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD) molecular marker technology.Result]5 primers were used to amplify 650 bands.Each primer could amplify 0-9 bands.The result of cluster analysis showed 31 kinds of L.japonica varieties could be divided into two categories,one was from Taibai Top of Kunyu mountain,the other was anther category.From the genetic distance,the variety from Taibai Top of Kunyu mountain and the Damao flower which was introduced by family of traditional Chinese Medicine had the farthest genetic distance,it was 2.507.The variety from the Malin Port of Longkou Langao town and the Sijifeng flower which was introduced by family of traditional Chinese Medicine had the nearest genetic distance,it was 0.020.Conclusion] There was high genetic diversity among different cultivars of L.japonica,the genetic relationship among different cultivars of L.japonica had a certain correlation with geographical distribution.
