江苏省渔源性嗜水气单胞菌耐药性分析

摘    要:目的]对江苏省渔源性嗜水气单胞菌进行耐药性分析。方法]2014—2015年,对江苏地区渔源性嗜水气单胞菌进行流行病学调查,用API20E试剂条检测嗜水气单胞菌,采用纸片扩散法进行耐药性分析。结果]共检测到嗜水气单胞菌阳性菌株92份,阳性率为17.79%。对92株嗜水气单胞菌的药敏试验结果表明,在耐药率方面,利福平、新霉素的耐药率36%,罗红霉素的耐药率23%,诺氟沙星、庆大霉素、恩诺沙星的耐药率10%,卡那霉素、氧氟沙星、红霉素的耐药率9%。在高敏性方面,氧氟沙星90%,卡那霉素、链霉素80%,诺氟沙星、利福平、庆大霉素、恩诺沙星70%,红霉素30%,新霉素10%。结论]在江苏地区嗜水气单胞菌的药物防控中,首选药物为氧氟沙星、卡那霉素和链霉素,应尽量避免使用利福平、新霉素和罗红霉素。

Analysis on Drug Resistance of Fishery-source Aeromonas hydrophila in Jiangsu Province
Abstract:Objective] To analyze the drug resistance of fishery-source Aeromonas hydrophila in Jiangsu Province.Method] The epidemiological investigation was made on fishery-source A.hydrophila in Jiangsu Province during 2014-2015.A.hydrophila was detected by using API20E reagent strip.And their drug resistance was detected by using disc diffusion method.Result] 92 positive strains of A.hydrophila were detected,the positive rate was 17.79%.The results of drug sensitivity test of 92 strains of A.hydrophila showed that the drug resistant rate of rifampin and neomycin were over 36%.The drug resistant rate of roxithromycin was more than 23%.The drug resistance rate of norfloxacin, gentamycin, enrofloxacin were lower than 10%.The drug resistant rate of kanamycin, ofloxacin, erythromycin were lower than 9%.From the hypersensibility,the hypersensibility of ofloxacin was more than 90%,the hypersensibility of kanamycin and streptomycin were more than 80%,the hypersensibility of norfloxacin, rifampicin, gentamycin and enrofloxacin were more than 70%,the hypersensibility of erythromycin was lower than 30%,and the hypersensibility of neomycin was lower than 10%.Conclusion] In drug prevention and control of A.hydrophila in Jiangsu Province,the preferred drugs were ofloxacin, kanamycin and streptomycin.Rifampin, neomycin and roxithromycin should be avoided to use.
