摘 要: | 目的]建立甘草渣中总黄酮含量的测定方法。方法]以芦丁作为对照品,10%KOH为显色剂,采用紫外分光光度法,在409 nm波长处对样品中的总黄酮含量进行测定。结果]总黄酮在一定范围内呈良好的线性关系,R~2为0.994 5;平均加样回收率为88%,RSD为1.3%,甘草渣中总黄酮的含量为2.24%。结论]该方法稳定、简便,适用于甘草渣中总黄酮含量的测定。

Determination of Total Flavonoids in Licorice Residue by UV Spectrophotometry |

Abstract: | Objective] The research aimed to establish the determination method of total flavonoids content in licorice residue.Method]Using rutin as the reference substance and 10% KOH as the color reagent,the content of total flavonoids in the samples was measured at 409 nm by UV spectrophotometry.Result]The total flavonoids showed a good linearity in a certain range,R2 was 0.994 5.The average recoveries were 88%,RSD was 1.3%,and the content of total flavonoids in licorice residue was 2.24%.Conclusion] The method is stable and simple,and is suitable for the determination of total flavonoids in licorice residue. |
