摘    要:目的]研制草鱼模拟肠液配方。方法]根据草鱼成鱼的肠道淀粉酶、胰蛋白酶和糜蛋白酶活性,pH以及钠离子环境,研制了一套草鱼成鱼的模拟肠液配方,并研究其在仿生消化仪上的应用。结果]利用配制的草鱼模拟肠液进行体外仿生消化试验,发现饲料中干物质和粗蛋白的消化率与真实值的绝对差值均在10%左右,达到仿生消化的目的与要求。此外,经过仿生消化,外源植酸酶能够显著提高干物质消化率、粗蛋白消化率和代谢能值,促进植酸磷的释放。结论]该研究结果可为草鱼的体外模拟消化提供更可靠的试验数据,并为水产其他动物模拟肠液的开发提供参考。

Development of Simulated Intestinal Fluid of Ctenopharyngodon idellus and Its Application in Simulated Digesting Apparatus
Abstract:Objective] To develop the formula of simulated intestinal fluid of Ctenopharyngodon idellus.Method] According to the activities of amylase,trypsin and chymotrypsin,pH and sodium ion environment in the intestines of C.idellus adult,a formula of simulated intestinal fluid for C.idellus adult was developed.And its application in simulated digesting apparatus was studied.Result] Through in vitro simulated digestion experiment of prepared simulated intestinal fluid of C.idellus,it was found that the absolute difference between the digestibility of dry matter and crude protein in feed and true values were about 10%,which met the purpose and requirements of simulated digestion.In addition,after the simulated digestion,exogenous phytase could significantly increase dry matter digestibility,crude protein digestibility and metabolic energy,and promote the release of phytate.Conclusion] The research results can provide more reliable experimental data for in vitro simulation and digestion of C.idellus and provide references for the development of simulated intestinal fluid in other aquatic animals.
