| 摘 要： | 概述了信阳市畜禽养殖业发展现状,分析了畜禽养殖业在环境保护方面存在的问题,提出了促进信阳市畜禽养殖业良性发展的环境保护对策:科学选址,合理布局;加强对畜禽养殖项目的审批和监管力度;加强环境保护法律法规的宣传教育,树立环境保护理念;引入专业化环境保护公司,实现社会分工合作;综合治理养殖污染,推广畜禽清洁科学养殖。

| Abstract: | We summarized the present situation of the development of livestock and poultry breeding industry in Xinyang City,analyzed the problems existing in the environmental protection of livestock and poultry breeding industry,and put forward the countermeasures to promote the healthy development of livestock and poultry breeding industry in Xinyang City:Scientific location,rational distribution;strengthen the approval and supervision of livestock and poultry breeding projects;strengthen the publicity and education of environmental laws and regulations,establish the concept of environmental protection;introduce specialized environmental protection company,to achieve social division of labor;comprehensive manage aquaculture pollution,promote livestock and poultry clean scientific breeding. |
