摘    要:在银狐繁殖期,母狐自然交配后不同时间处死,从输卵管或子宫角内冲取的胚胎,通过透射电镜观察,对胚胎发育过程中的细胞器变化、细胞核变化等超生结构进行了较为系统的观察,为狐狸胚胎工程提供依据。

Abstract:During breeding season,the female foxes were killed at different time after natural mating to flush the embryos from uterine tubes and uterine horns.The embryos were observed under the transparent electronic microscope,and systematic studies were conducted on ultrastructure changes of organelles,nucleus and so on in the embryos during the early development stage,which could provide the scientific basis for embryo engineering in the silver fox(Vulpes fulva).
