摘    要:【目的】建立以甲基-α-D-吡喃甘露糖苷(me-Gal)为内标,用气相色谱法测定小花棘豆中苦马豆素含量的方法。【方法】在柱温200℃、进样口温度300℃、氢火焰离子化检测器温度280℃、高纯氮气载气压力200 kPa条件下,对苦马豆素(SW)进行气相色谱分析。【结果】在0.375~6 mg/mL SW质量浓度范围内对SW和me-Gal峰面积比值的线性关系良好,加标平均回收率为102.18%,RSD=1.724%(n=5)。小花棘豆中各部位苦马豆素含量为:种子(58.09±0.48)mg/kg;叶(21.81±0.58)mg/kg;全株(19.14±0.16)mg/kg;茎(12.30±0.23 mg/kg)。【结论】该方法结果准确,可用于小花棘豆中苦马豆素含量的测定。

Abstract:【Objective】To establish a method for determination of Swainsonine in Oxytrpis glabra DC by mainternal standard gas chromatography with me-Gal as internal standard.【Method】Analysis was conducted on gas chromatography under the oven temperature 200℃,injection temperature 300℃,detector(FID) temperature 280℃and flow rate of carrier gas 200 kPa.【Result】The result showed that good linear relationship was obtained in the range of 0.375 to 6 mg/mL,The recovery percentage was 102.18%,RSD=1.724%(n=5).The content of Swainsonine in different parts of Oxytropis glabra DC were as follows:seed(58.09±0.48 mg/kg);leaf(21.81±0.58 mg/kg);hole plant(19.14±0.16 mg/kg);stalk(12.30±0.23 mg/kg).【Conclusion】The result of this method was very accurate,it could be used in determination of Swainsinine content in Oxytrpis glabra DC.
