摘    要:目的]增加果实的钙含量,提高采后果实品质.方法]通过对库尔勒香梨采前喷施0.014;,0.017;,0.020;钙肥,研究采前喷施不同浓度液钙对贮藏过程中果实品质和生理变化的影响.结果]钙肥浓度越大,对抑制果实质量损失,保持果实硬度的作用越明显.结论]0.020;的钙肥喷施效果最好.此外,0.020;的钙肥还有利于果实保持总酸含量,抑制可溶性固形物含量的变化,推迟呼吸高峰的到来,但其抑制保鲜袋内CO2的释放效果较差.此外,0.017;的钙肥对于保持果实细胞的完整性,抑制果实多酚氧化酶活性,防止果实褐变具有积极作用.

Abstract:【Objective】This test aimed to increase the calcium content of the fruit to improve postharvest fruit quality.【Method】The test studied the fruit quality and physiological change in pyrus bretschneideri rehd in storage by spraying 0.014%、0.017%、0.020% calcium fertilizer before harvest.【Result】 Higher calcium fertilizer density can prevent the quality loss and keep firmness of the fruit.【Conclusion】 0.020% calcium fertilizer was the best.In addition,0.020% calcium fertilizer could be beneficial for preserving total acid content and preventing the change of soluble solid content,and putting off the respiration summit,but it was not desirable for inhibiting the CO2 release in MAP.Furthermore,0.017% calcium fertilizer could be favorable for keeping the cell and restraining the activity of polyphenol oxidase which could prevent the fruit from becoming brown.
