骏枣枣头一次枝与二次枝抗寒力测定与分析

摘    要:目的]通过骏枣(Zizyphus jujuba Mill.)枣头一次枝与二次枝抗寒力测定与分析,筛选出抗寒相关的关键生理指标,为有效评价不同栽培管理条件下红枣越冬抗寒能力,制定合理的红枣冬季安全越冬技术措施提供理论依据.方法]设置了9个胁迫低温处理,测定并分析了不同胁迫处理后骏枣一次枝与二次枝的半致死温度LT<,50>、枝条组织活力、保护酶活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、渗透调节物质含量、枝条含水量等指标.结果]骏枣一次枝与二次枝的半致死温度分别为-27.356℃和-25.496℃;不同组织抗寒能力存在强弱差异;随着胁迫温度的降低,MDA含量持续增加;低于半致死温时,一次枝与二次枝超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)与过氧化物酶(POD)活性开始下降,而过氧化氢酶(CAT)依然保持较高的活性;游离脯氨酸含量和可溶性糖含量与相对电导率变化显著相关.结论]相对电导率、SOD活性、CAT活性、MDA含量、可溶性糖含量和束缚水/自由水比例作为骏枣抗寒力评价的关键指标.

Abstract:【Objective】Cold resistance of primary branch and secondary branch of Xinjiang Junzao jujube(Zizyphus jujuba Mill.) were measured to select correlated key physiological indexes for evaluating cold resistance of Junzao jujube under different cultivated conditions,and provide theoretical foundation for developing proper over-winter technology for jujubes.【Method】Primary branches and secondary branches of Xinjiang Junzao jujube were treated by nine low temperature stress treatments, and indexes of LT50,tissue activity,enzyme activity,MDA content,osmoregulation substance value and moisture content were measured and analyzed【Result】LT50 of primary branches and secondary branches of Xinjiang Junzao jujube were-27.356℃ and-25.496℃ respectively.Activity of SOD and POD began to drop when the temperature is below lethal temperature,while CAT activity remained at a higher level.Significant correlation showed among soluble sugar content,free proline content and relative conductivity.【Conclusion】Key physiological indexes for evaluating cold resistance of Junzao jujube included relative conducivity,SOD activity,CAT activity,MDA content,soluble sugar content,and ratio of free water and bound water.
