含水率对糙米内摩擦角影响的实验研究

摘    要:利用土工合成材料综合测定仪,以江苏盐城产糙米为样品,测定了在不同法向压应力和不同含水率的条件下,糙米的剪切应力并计算出内摩擦角。实验结果表明:在剪切速率不变时,糙米的内摩擦角通常会随着法向压应力的增大而逐渐减小;当法向压应力较小(25kPa)时,糙米的内摩擦角会随着含水率的增加而逐渐增大。当法向压应力较高(75kPa~100kPa)时,随着含水率的增加,糙米的内摩擦角逐渐增大,达到某一峰值后,随着含水率的继续增加而逐渐降低。

Abstract:Internal Friction Angle is calculated by utilizing Direct Shear Apparatus,sampling coarse rice produced in Yancheng,Jiangsu,measuring Shear Stress of coarse rice with varied Moisture Content under varied Normal Stress.The experiment shows that if Shear Velocity stays the same,Internal Friction Angle of coarse rice reduces when Normal stress increases.If Normal Stress is small(25kPa),Internal Friction Angle of coarse rice increases when Moisture Content increases.When Normal Stress reaches 75-100kPa,Internal Friction Angle keeps increasing when Moisture Content increases.But when it reaches the peak point,Internal Friction Angle reduces when Moisture Content continues increasing.
