摘    要:采用石蜡切片法研究了桉树叶柄虫瘿和正常叶柄的解剖结构。结果表明:虫瘿为组织瘿,随着细胞增生和增殖,原有器官发生变化;随着卵和幼虫的发育,虫瘿个体逐渐增大;瘿室由内到外大致可以分为营养组织层、薄/厚壁组织层、维管束层、皮层、表皮等结构;正常叶柄长2.29 mm,宽0.58 mm,包括以下几层,即基本组织、维管束层、表皮。

Abstract:Paraffin method is employed to study the structure of insect gall caused by Leptocybe invasa Fisher & La Salle and normal petiole.The results showed that the insect gall was tissue gall,plant organs began to change with the cell proliferation.The insect gall increased with the larvae and egg development.The anatomical structure of gall room from inside to outside was nutritive tissue,thin/sclerenchyma layer,vascular bundle layer,cortex,epidermal,etc.The normal petiole was 2.29mm in length,0.58mm in diameter.It contained basic-tissue,vascular bundle layer and epidermal.
