排种器试验台控制系统设计

摘    要:排种器性能检测试验台主要由传送带系统、电机及驱动系统、机器视觉系统、PLC控制系统和控制中心5大部分构成。系统采用继电接触器和PLC实现电气控制,通过PLC控制变频器实现电机的无级调速,结合上位计算机可以实现电机速度的自动调节,控制精度较高。经过试验验证,整个控制系统性能稳定,运行安全可靠,满足了设计要求。

Design of the Control System in Machine Vision Seed-meter Test-bed
Abstract:There were mainly 5 parts in the test platform of machine vision seed-meter test-bed,which were transmission strap system,motor and its drive system,machine vision system,PLC control system and control center in this paper.The test-bed used contactor and PLC to control the electric system and realized frequency control by using PLC to control the transducer.It could realize auto control of the motor speed by combining the computer in the control center.We designed the main circuit,the control circuit,PLC ladder diagram and relevant repertoire according to the request of the electric system.By experimental test,the whole control system has stable performance and reliable work,and satisfies the design require.
