油松不同器官过氧化物酶年变化规律的研究

摘    要:对油松不同器官、不同时间过氧化物酶的含量及活性进行了研究 ,结果表明 :不同时间、不同器官油松过氧化物酶活力差异明显 ,不同时间、不同器官油松过氧化物酶大小排序规律也不相同 ,总体来说 ,生长季节活力高 ;根中该酶活力较强 ,枝内活力较低 ,同时表现出过氧化物酶与林木的生长和抗性有一定关系

Abstract:Study on the POD activity yearly variationin the diffferent organs of pinus tabulaeformis Care. The results showed thoot: the content and living ability of the POD in various orgns are evry different. The content and living activity of different POD in the same organ are also different in the different time. Its living a bility order in vavious time and in different organs being complicated, having no definite law.Generally speaking, the centent of POD is high in the growing season and in the root, but it is low in the branches. At the same time it is conclued that POD is related with trees growth and the ability of resistance.
