不同矮化中间砧对红富士苹果果实内源激素、多胺与细胞分裂的影响

摘    要: 以3种不同矮化中间砧(B9、M26、SH38 ) 红富士苹果为试材, 研究了果实细胞数目、果实大小和幼果发育期间果实内源激素及多胺的变化。结果表明: 不同矮化中间砧影响果实大小和果实细胞数目, 不影响果实细胞分裂次数(均为4次) ; 不同矮化中间砧不会改变红富士苹果果实发育初期内源激素(ABA除外) 和多胺的变化趋势, 大部分时期中间砧为B9、M26的幼果IAA、ZR、GA3、多胺比SH38中间砧的高。

Abstract:The cell numbers and sizes in fruits were investigated and changes of endogenous hormones and polyamines contents in fruits were studied during fruit development period in Red Fuji apple on different dwarfing interstocks (B 9, M 26 and SH 38). The results indicated that the cell numbers and sizes in fruits were influenced by different dwarfing interstocks types but the times of cell division had no change. The trends of endogenous hormones and polyamines contents were not affected by dwarfing interstocks. The changes of endogenous IAA,GA 3 and Put contents on three types of dwarfing interstocks all showed a single peak curve.And the endogenous ZR and spd contents both kept declining.During the most part of this period, the contents of endogenous hormones and polyamines on B 9 and M 26 were markedly higher than that on SH 38.
