| 摘 要： | 盆栽及田间小区试验当烟株１３叶后，人工接种底部叶片测定几种常用药剂的保护及治疗作用。保护作用效果好的为扑海因、菌核净及百菌清，喷药当日防治效果为７５％～９０％，经雨水冲刷，３日及７日后，分别为５５％～７０％及３５％～５０％。其次为代森锰锌和多抗霉素。当日、３日及７日后防效分别为４０％～６０％，４０％～５０％，２０％～３５％。多菌灵、甲基托布津及角霜净防效均在３０％以下，治疗效果好的为菌核净、扑海因及百菌清，接种后１日及２日喷药防效为８７％～９４％，３７％～４４％；多抗霉素及代森锰锌为６９％～８１％及２８％～３３％，甲基托布津及角霜净为５６％～６９％及１１％～２２％。内吸剂喷洒叶的正面时可抑制叶正、背两面的孢子形成，保护剂则只能抑制喷洒叶面的孢子形成。

| Abstract: | Prtective and curative actions of some fungicides to brown spot of tabacco were tested by inoculating tobacco plants with more than 13 leaves in green house and field plots The best effective fungicides with protective action were iprodione, dimethachlon and chlorothalonil, their control effect duing the spraying day, 3 and 7 days after spraying were 75%～90%, 55%～70% and 35%～50% respectively The next effective fungicides were Mancozeb and polyoxin with control effect of 40%～60%, 40%～50% and 20%～35% respectively during the spraying day, after 3 and 7 days The protective actions of topsin-methyl, carbendazim and jiaoshuangjing were very poor with control effect lower than 30% even during the spaying day The curative actions of iprodione, dimethachlon and chlorothalonil were also the best fungicides with control effect of 87%～94% and 37%～44% when spraying after 1 or 2 days inoculation The next effective fungicides were polyoxin and mancozed with control effect of 69%～81% and 28%～33% when spraying after 1 or 2 days inoculation respectively The curative action of topsin-methyl, carbendazim and jiaoshuangjing were very poor with control effect only 56%～69% and 11%～22% when spraying 1 or 2 days after inolculation respectively Spraying with systemic fungicides as dimethachlon and iprodione on one side of leaf was effective enough for controlling sporulation of pathogens on the other side of the leaf, but the results were very poor if protective fungicide as Mamcozeb was used |
