| 摘 要： | 为乐果检测方法的选择提供参考,以及为乐果检测新方法的研究提供借鉴,介绍了近年来在食品、土壤、血液等多种样品中的乐果残留含量检测技术的研究进展,包括样品前处理技术和分析检测方法。样品前处理主要从乐果的提取和样品的净化两方面阐述,分析检测方法则包括了气相色谱法、液相色谱法、质谱法、超临界流体色谱法、光度法、酶联免疫法等,最后对乐果检测方法进行了展望。

| Abstract: | To provide references for the selection of detection methods for dimethoate residue and studies on new detection methods,in this paper,the author totally described the research progress of dimethoate residue determination in several kinds of samples,such as food,soil,blood and so on,including pre-treatment technique and the analysis and detection methods.Pre-treatment includes both extraction and purification,while the analysis and detection methods includes gas chromatography,liquid chromatography,mass spectrometry,supercritical fluid chromatography,spectrophotometry and ELISA.Finally the detection methods of dimethoate residue were proposed. |
