施氮对大豆植株氮素和蛋白质含量的影响

摘    要:试验采用两个品种,设置3个氮水平,研究了施氮水平对大豆植株氮素含量的影响。结果表明,不同品种对氮肥的反应不同,黑农48的蛋白质含量高于黑农44,黑农44和黑农48的各器官全氮含量变化为:籽粒>叶>茎>叶柄;在N50处理下大豆各器官全氮含量最高;蛋白质含量N50处理最高,N100处理对蛋白质合成有抑制作用,蛋白质含量低于N50处理,N0处理的蛋白质含量最低;黑农48的需氮量高于黑农44,增施适量氮肥能提高大豆氮素含量和蛋白质含量。

Abstract:This article was conducted with two soybean varieties and three nitrogen levels to study the effect of nitrogen levels on the nitrogen content of soybean plant,the results showed that there were differences between two varieties towards to nitrogen levels,the protein content of Heinong48 was higher than that of Heinong44,and the changes of nitrogen content in different parts exhibited the same trends:seed>leave>stem>stalk.
