摘    要:为进一步研究鹦鹉幼稚病病毒(BFDV)的分子生物学特性奠定基础,对BFDV湖北分离株进行了2种原代细胞的适应性培养。首先在鹦鹉胚成纤维细胞盲传至第5代后再过渡到鸡胚成纤维细胞培养,建立了BFDV的适应细胞培养体系。观察了3种不同温度对细胞病变(CPE)的影响,结果表明,BFDV在38.5℃培养48~96h可产生明显的CPE。再将该培养液做免疫扩散试验结果出现明显的免疫复合物沉淀线,抗体中和试验显示

Abstract:A new strain of psittacine virus was isolated fro m fledgli ng budgerigars by our laberatory in 1995, and had been designated as Budgerigar fledgling disease virus(BFDV). The virus was cultured initially on budgerigar em bryo fibroblast(BEF) for 5 generations, then cultured on chicken embryo fibroblast (CEF) for 13 generations. The tissue culture of BFDV showed the cytopathogenic effect (CPE ) under 38.5℃ for 48-96 h.
