| 摘 要： | 为了实现江苏省海岸带地区经济发展，根据该地区自然状况特点，结合社会经济等资料，分析了江苏省海岸带地区生态环境的脆弱性，以及该区域经济发展存在的资金、技术、智力等资源不足，以及经济开发带来的环境污染问题等。针对海岸带生态环境脆弱与经济落后的矛盾，探讨了在江苏省海岸带生态环境脆弱状况下发展循环经济之路，并提出了相应的措施。建议在保护海岸带的自然生态基础上，发展清洁型工业和生态农业，培养特色支柱产业。

| Abstract: | This study is conducted for the purpose of improving the economic development of the coast zone of Jiangsu Province. Based on the natural characteristics of the study region, the article discusses the characteristics of eco-environmental frangibility, the shortage of the resources such as capital, technology, and manpower, and the issues of polluted eco-environment with the economic development. For the contradictions between economic poverty and eco-environmental frangibility, the cycling economic development pattern for the coast zone is expounded. At last, for the coast zone to develop cycling economy, it is suggested that the clean production and eco-agriculture should he developed in view of the protection of local eco-environment. |
