中国东北小麦白粉菌(Blumeria graminis Dc.speer)毒力频率分析

摘    要:本试验于1982,1987,1988和1992年在东北地区的辽宁海城、沈阳、大连和吉林公主岭4个观察圃中系统观测了含有不同抗白粉菌基因的小麦品种和拟等基因系的白粉病病情:Pm1、Pm5、Pm7及Pm3a或Pm3b和Pm3c的病情均达20MS以上,感病严重.Pm2+6,Pm2或Pm4抗性较强,病情仅达0~5HR.采用离体活动圃鉴定法观测表明:1987~1988年各病圃白粉菌出现频率较高的基因为:V7(67.2%~80.4%,平均74.0%),V1(67.9%~78.1%,平均73.1%),V3c(61.9%~71.4%,平均67.6%),V5(62.3%~73.1平均67.3%),V3c(43.0%~51.8%,平均48.7%),V3a(32.7%~47.8%,平均39.5%),V5(15.6%~26.5%,平均20.25%);出现频率较低毒力基因为V2+6(0%~1.6%,平均0.51%),V2(2.1%~7.6%,平均4.05%)和V4(5%~12.6%,平均8.6%)。

Abstract:This paper reported powdery milew disease levels on differnet resistant varieties and near-isogenic lines, and virulence frequencies of the pathogen in the nurseries in Dalian, Shenyang,and Haicheng of Liaoning province and Gongzhuling of Jilin Province in northeastern China in 1982, 1987, 1988, and 1992.Varieties (Lines)carrying single genes(Pm0, Pm1, Pm5, Pm7, Pm3a, Pm3b, and Pm3c)were succeptible with disease degrees from 20 MS (Moderate Suscetible ) to 80 HS(Highly Suscceptible). Otherwise those carrying Pm2, Pm4 or Pm2+6 highly resistant with disease degrees below 5 HR (Highly Resistant).Correspondingly ,V1, V3a, V3b, V3c, V5 and V8 were found prevalent,V2 V4, V2+6 had very low frequencies,The results were compared with the parellel researth results in other provinces in other provinces in china.
