| Abstract: | This paper discusses some of theoretical problems, such as the theory of externality economics, the effection of external economies, and the financial count of benefit value on the ecological benefits of forest. It can provides some of important practical effects on the correct counting and evaluation of the value of forest ecological benefits. |
