| 摘 要： | 使用846合剂对武定杂交鸡进行麻醉，结果表明该合剂可作为鸡的麻醉药应用。有较好的镇静、镇痛、肌松作用。该药具有效果确实，使用方便，副作用小等优点。0.4mL/kg体重可作为浅麻醉，0.6mL/kg体重作为中麻醉，0.8mL/kg体重作为深麻醉。

| Abstract: | Anaesthetized Wuding Hybrid Chicken with 846 complex, result showed that this complex can using in chick anesthesia. With good effects of sedative, analgesic and muscular relaxing. Also this complesx shows good anaesthetic effects, convenience for use and less side-effects. Clinical dose was: 0.4 mL/kg for light anesthesia, 0.6 mL/kg for middle anesthesia and 0.8 mL/kg for deep anesthesia. |
