| 摘 要： | 城市重金属污染是当前一个非常突出的问题,蔬菜的安全性问题直接关系到人民的身体健康。该文综述了杭州市土壤和蔬菜中重金属污染的研究现状、蔬菜对重金属的吸收与富集规律及分析评价方式,以提高人们的食品安全意识,加强环境保护,维护人体健康。

| Abstract: | Heavy metal pollution in urban is one of important factors that affectes vegetable growth and human health.This paper presented study processes which were as follows:the present situation of heavy metal pollution on soil and vegetables in Hangzhou City,the regularity of vegetables absorbing and accumulating heavy metal,and evaluation.The purpose of the review was to arouse consciousness of food safety and health of people. |
