摘    要:为提高复垦质量,采用稀释平板计数法分析不同复垦时间复垦的耕地、林地土壤微生物种类和数量。结果表明,经过煤矸石充填复垦的林地细菌数量高于耕地,而放线菌和真菌数量则是耕地高于林地。随着复垦时间的延长,土壤细菌数量逐渐增加。放线菌和真菌数量在复垦初期逐渐增加,B/F值表明微生物种类趋于平衡;受充填物质、覆土厚度和土地利用方式的影响,随着复垦时间的延长,林地土壤的放线菌和真菌数量降低,B/F值较高,土壤微生物种群、数量失衡。

Abstract:Soil microorganism of cultivated land and forestland,which reclaimed in different years,was analyzed.The results showed that after the coal gangue filling reclamation,the number of soil bacteria in forestland was higher than that in cultivated land,while the number of actinomycetes and fungi were higher than that in the forestland.The number of soil bacteria gradually increased with the extension of reclamation time.The number of soil actinomycetes and fungi were gradually increased in the early reclamation...
