摘    要:为了研究在不同季节各月龄阶段安格斯牛的血液生理与生化指标变化,了解安格斯牛在新疆石河子地区的适应性,该试验分别于冬夏两季,在初生、10月龄、18月龄3个阶段各随机选取50头牛,分别于颈静脉与尾静脉采血进行生理生化指标分析。结果表明:初生阶段,总蛋白含量、血糖浓度、白细胞总数和红细胞数量在冬夏两季差异显著(P<0.05);10月龄阶段,甘油三酯浓度、尿素氮浓度、红细胞数量与白细胞总数在冬夏两季差异显著(P<0.05);18月龄阶段,甘油三酯浓度与白细胞总数在冬夏两季有显著差异(P<0.05);其余指标差异均不显著。安格斯牛对不同气候有相对较好的适应性,但夏季高温可能会影响安格斯牛的生产性能。

Abstract:In order to study the changes of blood physiological and biochemical indexes of different month-old Angus cattle in spring and summer,and to know Angus cattle's adaptation in shihezi,50 cattle were randomly selected at birth,10 months and 18 months in Spring and summer,then blood was collected from jugular and caudal veins and the biochemical characteristics were analyzed.The result showed when the cattle were born,total protein content,blood sugar concentration,total amount of leukocyte and red blood cells had significant differences in winter and summer(P<0.05).When the cattle were ten months old,triglyceride concentration,blood urea nitrogen concentration,red blood cell count and total amount of leukocyte had significant differences(P<0.05)in the two seasons.At eighteen months-old,triglyceride concentration and total amount of leukocyte had significant differences(P<0.05)in winter and summer.The rest of the indicators had no obvious differences.It is concluded that Angus cattle have relatively good adaptability to different climates,but the high temperature in summer may affect the production performance of Angus cattle.
