摘    要:利用三因素五水平二次通用旋转组合设计,优选出适合黄瓜无土栽培的营养液配方,研究了氮、钾、镁对黄瓜产量、品质及叶绿素含量等指标的影响。结果表明,在氮、钾、镁三元素中,氮对产量形成、可溶性糖及叶绿素含量的影响最大;钾对维生素C影响最大;镁对叶绿素含量影响仅次于氮。黄瓜的N、K、Mg优化配方为20.35mmol/L、10.38mmol/L、2.5mmol/L。

Abstract:The experiment, in which the optimized regression design was adopted, involving 3 factors, each with 5 leves, were conducted to study the effects of combined application of nitrogen (N), potassium (K) and magnesium (Mg) on the yield, quality and chlorophyll content of cucumber. The results showed that the effect of N was the most obvious, which increased the yield, soluable sugar and the leaf chlorophyll content, the effect of K was the most obvious on the vitamin C content of cucumber, the effect of Mg was obvious on the leaf chlorophyll content only inferior to N. The optimum formala was 20.35 mmol/L N, 10.38 mmol/L K and 2.5 mmol/L Mg.
