摘    要:我国是虾产品重要的生产国和出口国,虾产品生产出口的形式是以冻虾为主,因此冻虾加工厂的设计具有重要意义。对冻虾加工厂的设计主要应从厂址选择、厂房设计、设备选择、生产工艺、微生物控制等方面进行研究探讨,设计出既节能环保又保证虾的品质的工厂。

Design of Processing Factory of Frozen Shrimp

Abstract:China is a major producing and exporting country of shrimp products,and most of the exported shrimp products are frozen.Thus,the design of frozen shrimp factory has prominent meaning.The design of frozen shrimp processing factory will be studied and discussed from the aspects of factory site selection,workshop design,equipment selection,productive technology,microorganism management,etc.,with the purpose of designing workshops for energy conservation as well as shrimp quality guarantee.
