| 摘 要： | 目的]研究2个鸢尾新品种‘白天鹅’和‘黑色旗帜’的组培苗生根培养方法。方法]以2个德国鸢尾品种‘白天鹅’和‘黑色旗帜’组培苗的不定芽为外植体,研究不同培养基、NAA浓度及接种丛生芽数量对其生根培养的影响。结果]2个鸢尾新品种的最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+0.5 mg/L NAA;不定芽接种时其试管苗数量至少为3株/丛。结论]为2个鸢尾新品种‘白天鹅’和‘黑色旗帜’的快速繁殖提供了技术参考。

| Abstract: | Objective] To study the rooting of the tissue culture seedlings from two new varieties of Iridaceae "White Swan" and "Black Flag".Method] With the adventitious buds from the two new varieties as explants,the effects of different media,NAA concentration,and inoculated buds number on the rooting culture were studied.Result] The best rooting culture medium for the two varieties was 1/2MS + 0.5 mg/L NAA.There should be at least three plants each cluster for the inoculation of adventitious buds.Conclusion] The study provides technical support for the rapid propagation of the two new Iridaceae varieties. |
