摘    要:目的]为了克服干制辣施肥的盲目性和不准确性,提高肥料利用效率低,选出真正适宜于云南干制辣椒主产区推广的缓释肥料品种及平衡施用技术,促进干制辣椒增产、增收。方法]采用田间小区试验的方法,研究2种缓释肥及平衡推荐施肥对干制辣椒生长发育、产出效益及肥料利用效率的影响。结果]缓释复合肥、脲精及平衡推荐施肥均有利于干制辣椒生长、农艺性状改善和肥料的吸收利用,促进干制辣椒果实干物质累积和经济产出效益增加。与农户习惯施肥相比,平衡推荐施肥、缓释复合肥及脲精施用后肥料利用率分别提高11.68%、10.64%、8.56%,干制辣椒产量分别增加20.94%、17.50%、14.54%,净产值分别增加3 820、3 656、3 146元/hm2,干制辣椒产量的增加主要通过单株挂果数实现。结论]缓释肥及平衡推荐施肥可以在保证干制辣椒产量不降低的同时,减少肥料氮的投入量,提高肥料利用率,从而减少资源浪费,降低环境风险。

Effects of Two Kinds of Slow-release Fertilizers on Economic Output and Fertilizer Utilization Efficiencies of Dried Peppers

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to improve the dried pepper yield and output value,overcome the blindness and accuracy of fertilization,and increase the fertilizer utilization efficiency,so as to find out the suitable slow release fertilizer and balance application technique for the promotion of Yunnan dried pepper in the main producing areas.Method] The field plot experiment was conducted to study the effects of two kinds of slow-release fertilizer and balance-recommended fertilization on the growth,output and fertilizer use efficiency of dried pepper.Result] Both balance-recommended fertilization and two kinds of slow-release fertilizer were conducive to dried pepper growth and fertilizer uptake efficiency,thereby contributing to an increase in the dry matter accumulation and economic output efficiency of dried pepper fruit.Compared to conventional fertilization,the fertilizer utilization efficiency increased separately by 11.68%,10.64% and 8.56% in the condition of balance-recommended fertilizer,slow release compound fertilizer and urea refined(slow release nitrogen fertilizer),the pepper production increased by 20.94%,17.50%,14.54%,and the net output value increased by 3 820,3 656 and 3 146 yuan/hm2.The dried pepper production increased primarily through monoclonal fruiting number.Conclusion] The fertilizer nitrogen inputs could be reduced to improve fertilizer uptake,thereby cutting down the waste of resources and reducing the environmental risks under slow release fertilizer and balance-recommended fertilization without reducing the yield of dried peppers.
