摘    要:目的]探索新型散热材料对烟叶烘烤效果的影响。方法]以金属散热器的气流下降式卧式密集烤房为对照,与陶瓷散热器的气流下降式卧式密集型烤房进行对比试验。分别装烤同一品种、同一生长地、生长正常、叶片部位相同、成熟度基本一致的鲜烟叶进行烘烤对比,同时选择同一烘烤工艺;以烘烤时间、鲜干比、上、中等烟叶比例、耗燃料和用电费及每kg干烟叶烘烤成本为考察指标,评价烟叶烘烤效果。结果]采用陶瓷散热器的烤房在烤烘时间上增加2 h(大火期延长2 h),但最终烤后燃料消耗量却比对照每房节省70kg,单炉节约成本25.15元,每kg干烟叶成本省0.065元。采用陶瓷散热器烤出的烟叶与对照相比外观质量差异无统计学意义。结论]陶瓷散热器加热的空气质量优于对照金属散热器,有利于减少金属污染源,提高烟叶内在品质;同时陶瓷散热器在使用和停产期间,相对金属散热器而言,腐蚀少、易维护,能延长卧式密集烤房的使用寿命和有效降低烟农生产投入成本。

Comparison of Different Materials of Heat Interchanger in Bulk Curing Barn

Abstract:Objective] To explore the effect of new heat dispersing materials on tobacco curing results.Method] The fresh tobacco leaves were collected from the same cultivars of tobacco plants from the same place with the same growth conditions,and then the leaves were respectively cured in the airflow downward bulk curing barn with metal heat interchanger and ceramic interchanger,the curing effects were evaluated by the curing time,fresh-dry ratio,ratio of upper,middle and bottom leaves,energy consumption,electricity fee and curing costs per kilogram.Result] By using the ceramic interchanger,the curing time was extended by two hours,but the final energy consumption was less than before by 70 kg per barn,with the costs cut down by 25.15 Yuan per barn and 0.065 Yuan per kg dry leaves.The difference in the external quality of tobacco leaves cured by the two different interchangers had no statistical sense.Conclusion] The air quality heated by ceramic interchanger is better than that heated by metal interchanger,which is good for reducing the metal pollution sources and improving the internal quality of tobacco leaves;whether it is being used or unused,the ceramic interchanger is mildly eroded and easy to be maintained,it can also extend the service life of horizontal bulk curing barn and effectively reduce the investment of tobacco farmers.
