| 摘 要： | 目的]为天然宠物饲料的快速筛查和种类鉴定提供有效的技术支持.方法]根据动物线粒体细胞色素b基因序列,设计1对通用引物,建立动物源性成分的检测方法.结果]通过设计并合成通用引物、优化PCR反应体系及其条件,建立了1种检测样品中动物源性成分的简便、快速PCR方法.该检测方法灵敏度高,最低检测限可达0.001％.结论]该检测方法操作简便、结果准确、灵敏度高,可作为天然宠物饲料中动物源性成分的鉴定方法之一.

Detection of Animal-derived Ingredients in Natural Pet Feed Using Universal Primer |

| Abstract: | Objective] The research aimed to provide effective technical support for the rapid screening and species identification of natural pet feed.Method] A pair of general primer was designed according to mitochondrion cytochrome b gene sequence of animal.And the detection method of animal-derived ingredients was established.Result] The general primer was designed and synthesized and PCR reaction system and its conditions were optimized to set up a kind of simple and rapid PCR method for detecting animal-derived ingredients in samples.This detection method had high sensitivity and its lowest detection limit could reach 0.001%.Conclusion] This detection method was simple,accurate and highly sensitive and it could be used as one of identification methods for animal-derived ingredients in natural pet feed. |
