摘 要: | 目的]研究土壤外源重金属Cr对亚麻形态学指标的影响。方法]利用盆栽试验的方法,设定0、25、50、125、250、500 mg/kg 6个浓度梯度,分别利用考种和分光光度法测定亚麻的形态学指标。结果]较低浓度Cr处理对亚麻的分枝数影响不显著,高浓度Cr(≥125mg/kg)胁迫显著降低了亚麻的分枝数(P<0.05);Cr浓度的增加显著降低了亚麻的蒴果数(P<0.05);较低浓度的Cr胁迫能促进亚麻株高、叶片叶绿素浓度的增加,达到峰值后,随着Cr处理浓度的进一步增加,亚麻的株高和叶片叶绿素的浓度则呈现下降趋势。结论]较低浓度的Cr胁迫处理在一定程度上能够促进亚麻的生长,而高浓度的Cr胁迫则抑制亚麻的生长。

Abstract: | Objective] To study effects of flax’s morphological indexes by Cr spiked in soils.Method] The pot culture experiment method was adopted.Six concentration grads(0,25,50,125,250,500 mg/kg) were adopted to measure the flax’s morphological indexes by species review and spectrophotometry.Result] The effect of low concentrate Cr was insignificant.High concentrate Cr(≥125 mg/kg) significantly reduced flax’s branching numbers(P<0.05).The increased concentration of Cr significantly reduced flax’s capsule numbers(P<0.05).Low concentrations of Cr increased the stem length and the chlorophyll content.After the peak,the stem length and the chlorophyll content decreased when the concentrations of Cr increased.Conclusion] Low concentrations of Cr accelerated the growth of flax,but high concentrations of Cr restrained it. |
