摘    要:目的]探讨低浓度重金属镉对农田土壤生物学特征的影响,为建立土壤中可以表征重金属镉污染程度的生化指标平台提供试验依据。方法]通过测定受不同程度重金属镉污染的农田土壤的理化性质、生物活性,研究重金属镉对农田土壤生物学特征的影响。结果]在一定范围内,有效态镉含量的增加促进了微生物活性,增加了微生物的呼吸作用和代谢,当有效态镉含量超过0.6 mg/kg时则产生抑制作用;在所研究范围(pH 4.42~7.58,有效态镉含量0~1.860 mg/kg)内,有效态镉含量对过氧化氢酶活性影响较小;脲酶活性与有效态镉含量呈负相关;微生物量随有效态镉含量的增加呈对数增加。结论]选择土壤酶活性指标来表征土壤受重金属污染的程度是合理的。

Influence of Heavy Metal Cadmium on Biological Characteristics of Agricultural Soils

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to explore the influence of low concentrations of heavy metal cadmium on soil biological characteristics,which provided the experimental basis for the establishment of biochemical indicators platform that could characterize the degree of the contamination of the soil by heavy metal cadmium.Method] The influence of heavy metal cadmium on biological characteristics of agricultural soils was studied by measuring the physical-chemical properties and biological activities of different levels of cadmium contaminated soils.Result] Within the scope of pH 4.42-7.58,the effective cadmium content 0-1.860 mg/kg,the increase of effective cadmium promoted microbial activity and increased microbial respiration and metabolicsm.But when the effective cadmium content exceeded to 0.6 mg/kg,the inhibitory effect was generated.Catalase activity wasn’t significantly correlated with cadmium content.Negative relationships were observed between urease activity and effective cadmium content.Microbial biomass increased logarithmically with the increase of the effective cadmium content.Conclusion] The selection of soil enzyme activities to characterize the degree of soil heavy metal contamination is reasonable.
